Honor: people see and judge the guild based on its members actions, so remember that you represent the guild at all times. Show honor with everything you do and people will honor you in the process.
Respect: Treat others with respect as best as you can, again you represent the guild and when you show others respect, then it is in most cases returned in kind.
Loyalty: "You get out of the guild what you put into it" YOU ARE THE GUILD. Though the Guild Leader created the guild it is not him who makes the guild what it is, that rests on you. I have a very firm belief that when the guild does poorly, it rests on the leaderships shoulders, when the guild does well, it is the members who deserve the credit. Be loyal to the guild, and in turn the guild will always be loyal to you.
Patience: Though this is only a game, understand that you interact with real people, who have real emotions and feelings. some learn faster than others. Patience is key in making any guild work. Be patient with others both in and out of the guild. There is no point in losing patience with someone who may need some extra help with whatever they are struggling with, what sets apart from some other guilds is that we will help one another to achieve our goals, not expect them to do it themselves. This is especially important for those who wish to be in leadership roles within the guild someday.
